CGT-550 Weld Seam Cleaner

CGT-550 is a high performance weld cleaning and polishing fluid that can be used on most
Cleaning tasks. It is suitable for all types of welds. It is suitable for all types of welds
stainless steel and aluminium. CGT-550 can be used together with all Cougartron brushes and
Brushes and weld cleaners.

Cougartron CGT-550 weld cleaning and polishing fluid and is used for cleaning, polishing and
Passivation of stainless steel welds and surfaces.

Use and application:

1. Dip the weld cleaning brush into the CGT-550 weld cleaning liquid
2. Clean the weld seam with circular movements until the desired result is achieved
3. Wipe off excess liquid residues from the treated surface
4. Apply neutralising fluid to the cleaned area
5. Wipe with a clean cloth or dry the surface

Important: The weld cleaning brush must always be wet for best results.
Therefore, during the cleaning or electropolishing process, dip the brush frequently in the
Cleaning fluid during the cleaning or electropolishing process.
