Cougartron Power30X Starter Set A
Cougartron Power30X is our new, effective weld seam cleaner that removes all discolouration and oxides from the weld seam
on stainless steel TIG welds.
With the dual input voltage you have an advanced automatic selection between 110V
or 230V input voltage. This new option is ideal if you want to use the device in a
Country with both 110 and 230 volt power supplies (e.g. the UK).
The Power30X has a dual output voltage in cleaning mode as well as a
Polishing mode and a marking mode, so you can choose between 4 modes when using the device
when using the device:
▪ Mode 1: lower output voltage for light TIG welds and longer
service life of the cleaning brush
▪ Mode 2: higher output voltage for darker TIG weld seams or weld seams
with more oxide and an average brush service life
▪ Polishing mode: advanced electropolishing function for fast and efficient polishing
polishing on all types of stainless steel
▪ Marking mode: quick and easy electrochemical marking and etching
(a corresponding marking set can be purchased separately)
We have used the latest technology for high-performance electronics for this machine. This
means that our Power30X heats up less at a duty cycle of 100 % and is therefore
and therefore runs cooler.
