Fronius welding systems can be pre-assembled or pre-assembled and delivered ex works
be ordered welded. This saves a system that is ready for immediate use
Assembly work and production can start immediately.

THE PERFORMANCE "FM" IN DETAIL

Mechanical structure of the welding system according to order:

    Trolley.
    Cooling circuit (cooling water is filled up).
    Power source. Feed unit - correct feed rollers are mounted.
    Hose package(s).
    All options according to order (installation, conversion kits, interface, accessories) are installed.

THE PERFORMANCE "FMP" IN DETAIL

Mechanical structure of the welding system according to order (as with FM):

    Trolley.
    Cooling circuit (cooling water is filled up).
    Power source.
    Feed unit - correct feed rollers are mounted.
    Hose package(s).
    Burners are equipped with soul, contact tube and gas nozzle, ...
    PushPull burners, intermediate drives and Robacta burners are added to the respective feed rates
    adjusted and assigned.
    Cooling water is refilled.
    All options according to order (installation, conversion kits, interface, accessories) are installed.
    Robot interfaces are put into operation in the Fronius network.
    A trial weld is performed.
    An FMP certificate is issued.
