PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

1. CYLINDER CONNECTION
A gas-specific inlet connection is used for each version of the GCE BaseControl. Quality
Sealing surfaces and brass nut ensure a gas-tight connection with the cylinder valve.

2. INLET
The inlet stem is made of brass. It is designed for an inlet pressure of up to 230 bar
and contains a pressure sintered filter.

3. PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE
PRV is the safety device that protects the regulator's low pressure chamber against overpressure.
Pressurisation from the high pressure chamber. PRV relieves the regulator of the pressure that
set safe value in the event of a malfunction or overpressurisation
an accident.

4. OUTPUT CONNECTION
The outlet of the GCE BaseControl is prepared for a gas-tight connection to the outlet
Non-return device or hose nipple.

5. HANDWHEEL
Ergonomic plastic handwheel with which the operator can correctly adjust the outlet pressure or flow rate
can evaluate. The pressure adjustment system offers the possibility to set the optimum outlet parameter
after application.

6. MANOMETER
Both high-pressure and low-pressure manometers display the value on three scales: bar, kPa (kilopascals)
and psi (pounds per square inch). The connection to the regulator body is G1/4". Displays 50mm diameter
conform to ISO 5171.

7. HOUSING
The housing of the GCE BaseControl is forged from pressure-resistant brass. The channels and the surfaces inside
of the body are machined using the latest technology of CNC machines and tools. The housing is
made of Zn-Al alloy. The pressure reducer is designed in such a way that it has a high resistance to external influences
and internal loads.
