Universal WPS packages for welding equipment from all manufacturers

Kemppi's Universal WPS packages for workshop and site work offer a cost-effective and qualified solution to meet the new standard.

This new package of 28 welding instructions is specifically designed for MIG/MAG butt welding of load-bearing pipe and tubing. They also apply when impact resistance requirements must be met and include some of the most commonly used solid wires and rutile filler wires. As a bonus, the package includes eight welding instructions for the Kemppi WiseRoot+ welding process.Kemppi standard welding instructions may not apply to some special applications, such as fillet welds where transverse stresses occur

Contents of the Kemppi WPS universal package

They include a folder with the laminated WPS documents and other relevant material. A USB stick with further useful information and a link to the Kemppi WPS web service is also included. A registration key is also included, which gives you access to the Kemppi WPS administration page. There you can view your WPS documents and the associatedWPQR documents.
