Kemppi's universal standard WPS packages for workshop and site work offer a cost-effective and qualified solution to meet the new standard.
-Kemppi's universal WPS package for E-hand welding is based on customer requirements. It contains all the necessary welding instructions, which are basically compatible with all E-hand welding machines, in an easy-to-understand format. If impact resistance requirements are specified and no corresponding test has been carried out, our welding instructions for electric manual welding with filler metals of class EN ISO 2560-A E 42 4 B 42 H5 can be used for material thicknesses up to 12 mm. Even for material thicknesses greater than 12 mm, they can be used with filler metals Esab OK 48.00, Böhler FOX EV 50 and Elga P48 S. We have carried out impact tests for these filler metals. Kemppi standard welding instructions may not apply to some special applications, such as fillet welds where transverse stresses occur.

Contents of the Kemppi WPS - MMA package
The package contains a folder and a USB stick. The folder contains the EULA (End User Licence Agreement),
Usage and registration instructions, the serial number of the package and the laminated WPS documents in English. 28 for the E-Hand package.
Language versions (English, German, Finnish, Swedish) and WPS updates are available via Kemppi online service after registration.
