Description
Stilo - Tig (size 2) for electrodes of 3.2 and 4.0mm diameter. Stilo-Tig is the new grinding aid for tungsten electrodes. Easy grinding on an existing grinder. For further information see details.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Insert the electrode into the appropriate fitting hole (1.6 or 2.4).
2. Tighten the rear screw ring. The electrode should protrude at least 12 mm.
3. Carefully approach the electrode to the grinding wheel or the grinding belt.
4. Depending on the grinding wheel or abrasive belt used, the pressure should be so strong that the electrode rotates around its own axis and is ground in the process.

For an optimal surface finish of the tip, the grinder must be held as perpendicular as possible to the axis of rotation of the grinding wheel.
