Handy, portable, versatile: The RallyMIG 161i is a compact multi-process welding machine - primarily for MIG welding, but also for manual electrode welding (MMA).
The modern single-phase 230 V inverter with a holder for 5 kg wire rolls is a manoeuvrable welding machine for the workshop - and also for mobile use in maintenance and repair on the road.
Synergic MIG welding
Simply select the MIG process on the digital display and enter the wire-gas combination: You are ready to weld with your Rally 161i: Switch on - press - weld.
Synergic MIG welding means that the welding parameters are set via a single control knob or via the ergonomic torch button (optional equipment). The torch handle has a 360° rotatable gooseneck so you can weld effortlessly and flawlessly in all positions.
The right programme for every gas-material combination: Whether you need pure CO2 or argon as shielding gas for the welding process or whether you use steel wire or wire for MIG soldering.

RallyMIG 161i has the PFC function: Power Factor Correction. PFC enables welding with long mains cables with only 16 A fuse protection. The polarity change function is also part of the machine's basic equipment, so you can even weld Innershield wires (without shielding gas).
MMA welding with valuable additional functions
The MMA process is often used for welding outdoors when the use of shielding gas is problematic. The RallyMIG 161i welds the most common electrode types in sizes up to 3.2 mm. Additional plus: The Hotstart and Arc Force function.
