Rutile coated high performance electrode with 160 % yield for welding of stainless austenitic steels. Weld metal made of austenitic chromium-nickel-molybdenum steel with particularly low carbon content for operating temperatures up to +400°C.

DIN 8556: E 19 12 3 LMPR 26 160, material number: corresponds to 1.4430, AWS/ASME SFA-5.4: similar to E 316 L - 16, B.S.2906: 19.12.3 LR, NF A 81 -343: EZ 19.12.3 LR 160 36.

Special notes
High-performance electrodes are characterised by low heat input, longer pull-out length and higher current carrying capacity, especially economical due to fewer electrode changes. The weld metal can be polished to a high gloss.

Re-drying
Generally not necessary. However, the cladding can withstand re-drying up to +350°C.
