Description
Stick electrode with basic special coating for welding multi-material aluminium bronzes. Weld metal made of high manganese content multi-material aluminium bronze.
Most important applications
Manganese- and nickel-containing copper-aluminium alloys, highly stressed, corrosion-resistant build-up welds on unalloyed and low-alloyed steels and on cast iron.

Special instructions
Guide the electrode as perpendicular as possible to the seam. Preheating is only necessary for large workpieces. For build-up welding on ferrous materials, direct the arc to the flank of the preceding bead if possible.
Re-drying
Generally not necessary.
The cladding tolerates re-drying up to a maximum of 70 - 90°C
