Basic coated Rod electrodes for welding wear-resistant deposits. Weld metal made of low-alloy manganese-chromium steel.

Most important applications
Hardfacing of components subject to moderate wear, e.g. slideways, running wheels, bearing surfaces, wheel rims, rails, rollers, guides, couplings, brake drums, cable winches.

Special notes
Untreated weld metal can be machined.

Re-drying
Generally not necessary. However, the cladding can withstand re-drying up to + 250°C
