Main applications
Welding of very hard wear and abrasion resistant deposits on machine parts and equipment made of mild steel, cast steel or high manganese steel exposed to very high abrasive wear caused by sand, gravel, coal, cement or other abrasive materials. For excavator teeth, conveyors, mixing and agitating blades, press moulds, guides, chutes and similar parts that are subjected to little pressure or impact.

Special notes
Weld metal can only be machined by grinding. Full covering slag, which partly lifts off by itself. Well-building weld bead with smooth surface with little mixing with base metal." Do not apply more than a maximum of 2 layers. For larger application heights, fill up beforehand, e.g. with MT-600 HL.

Re-drying
Generally not necessary. However, the coating can withstand re-drying up to + 300°C
