Gas system for welding pipes and tanks
When welding pipes, flushing is one of the most time-consuming and
expensive processes to prevent oxidation from occurring on the inside of the pipes.
Usually, the pipe is filled with gas and continuously flushed during welding.
It seems impossible,
to use the gas only where welding takes place, where the gas is
inside the pipe follows the burner on the outside of the pipe.
Thanks to WeldingDroid's patented PurgeMaster system, this is now possible.
The PurgeMaster is for the application of pipes and tanks
from a minimum of 300 to a maximum of 10000 mm.
It works on all non-magnetic metals, with a wall thickness up to 8 mm.
Application:
WeldingDroids Purgemaster
is placed on each side of the pipe to be welded. The parts are then moved towards each other. When the parts are close enough, the magnets take over. Make sure the alignment is correct.

The Hamburg Stadtpark Revival will be held on a 1.7km closed track. Today, as in the past, racing machines and sports cars will take to the starting line. Among them are vintage cars and active participants from the Stadtpark racing era. Conformity package facilitates EN 1090 audit for steel welders
Conformity package makes it easier for steel welders to audit to EN 1090 From July 2014, companies that manufacture steel structures must be certified. This is preceded by an elaborate internal process with a subsequent audit by an external certification body. However, both standards - the national standard or EN 1090 - apply until that time. This means that the client can already demand compliance with EN 1090 today. The good news: For all owners of a TransSteel welding system from Fronius, the time-consuming application and creation of welding procedure specifications (WPS) is no longer necessary. These systems are also available from us for rent. We are happy to offer you an attractive long-term rental (min. 365 days) on request.
