Optrel customers have known for years that a high level of wearing comfort has a positive effect on employee health and work performance. The headband is the central link between the wearer and the helmet. This is why it plays a decisive role in terms of wearing comfort and ergonomics.
Now the engineers at optrel are setting a new benchmark in this area with the new IsoFit headband. The optrel IsoFit headband is the only product in the world that can be adjusted in width, length and height - i.e. three-dimensionally - to any head shape, so that the helmet really does fit "like a glove".
What seems impossible at first glance is made possible by an ingenious design that utilises a cable pull for the first time in the world. This connects a 2-layer construction over the head with a stabiliser at the front and back of the head.
The inner layer and the support elements are fitted with highly comfortable pads made from tricot textile. With each turn of the micro-adjustable dial, the inner layer of the headband and the stabilisers on the forehead and back of the head literally hug the user's head all the way round.
The outer layer remains absolutely stable and guarantees maximum stability at all times, even in forced positions, which is a problem that has not yet been solved with ergonomic headbands.
The result is unprecedented wearing comfort.
Large, replaceable comfort pad for comfortable wearing
The optrel IsoFit headgear is fitted with a comfort pad made of tricot textile on the inside for padding. This pad increases the wearing comfort many times over. It can be easily cleaned or replaced with a new pad.
