The steps to an order process

This is how easy it is to order welding technology products from our online shop:

1. Article search

You can enter the desired search terms in the search field. After the third character, a list appears showing how many items have this search term (and any alternatives).

If you enter numbers, the system searches for article numbers.

If several search words are entered, a list appears in which these words appear alone in an article or together. The title and description are always searched.

The navigation that appears in lists shows the respective subgroups when clicked.

2. Item selection - transfer to the shopping basket

In the article list, you can enter the desired order units for each article. By clicking on the button shown here

button shown here, the order unit(s) entered for this item will be transferred to the shopping basket.

3. Shopping basket

When the first item is added to the shopping basket, the number of items in the shopping basket and a provisionally calculated total amount excluding shipping costs will appear in the right-hand area.

If you click on the area below the red line, a list of the items in your shopping basket will appear.

If you click on the symbol , you will be taken directly to the shopping basket. You can still make changes there before you place the order.

5. Ordering process - customer/orderer details

A form for the address details of the customer/orderer will appear. Please fill in the fields marked in red.

If you are already registered, the form is pre-filled with the last billing and delivery address used.

It is also possible to create a customer account. To do this, click on the "Create customer account" button and enter a password.

In all cases, click on "Continue to overview" to confirm that the details are correct. You must also click on the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. These can be viewed there beforehand.

You can return to the shopping basket by clicking on the "Back" button of your web browser or by clicking on "Shopping basket" (see point 3 of these instructions)

6. Order - receipt page

On this page you will find all the information about the shopping basket (item) and the customer/orderer.

You can discard your order by clicking on "Shopping basket" (see point 3 of these instructions) and "Remove all items from the shopping basket. Discard order." (see point 4 of these instructions).

7. Mail information

After completing 6. you will receive a visual confirmation of your action and a confirmation of receipt of the order by email.

Your purchase contract for an item is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an email notifying you that the item has been dispatched to you.

All other e-mails merely serve to confirm receipt of your order and do not constitute acceptance of your offer to conclude a purchase contract.
