Plymovent - Stationary systems WallPro 2.0 Double (EM = external mount)
We offer this welding fume extraction system in 3 versions: Standard, Power and PowerPlus.
▪ The Standard version is ideal for regular welding work where an extraction capacity of 1,000 m3/h per extraction arm is completely sufficient.
this version with a diameter of 160 mm is available with one or two KUA extraction arms and in lengths of 3 m or 4 m.
▪ The Power version is also available with one or two 200 mm thick KUA extraction arms of 3 m or 4 m in length. This version is also suitable for
welding applications that require an extraction capacity of 1450 m3/h (medium to high welding fume emissions).
▪ Our PowerPlus version is the powerhouse for extremely heavy-duty applications! With an extraction capacity of 1800 m3/h, this model is suitable for
applications with very high levels of welding fumes, such as automatic, MMA and flux-cored arc welding. The PowerPlus model has
equipped with our most powerful fan and a 200 mm thick KUA extraction arm with a length of 3 m or 4 m.
You can connect all extraction arms directly to the filter system or externally to achieve a greater range.
For easier maintenance, we offer our optional dust container extension. This creates more work safety
for everyone involved (welder + maintenance technician and the entire working environment)!

A large filter surface plus cleaning system, combined in one extremely compact unit!
The WallPro 2.0 Single is equipped with our HyperClean™. This new, unique and fully automatic filter cleaning system from Plymovent sets new standards.
a new standard in terms of efficiency and performance in filter cleaning. In contrast to a back-pulse system, the HyperClean does not rely on a
integrated compressed air tank.
This system has been specially developed to clean the filter cartridge evenly and thoroughly while minimising the filter load.
and thus extend the filter service life. The HyperClean™ system ensures that the filter cartridge is cleaned evenly, as the compressed air
is blown through flexible air lines. The free-moving hoses push a stream of air through the filter medium at high speed and blow it into the filter cartridge.

The highly efficient PTFE membrane filter cartridge with a filter surface area of 20 m2 ensures first-class filter performance with low pressure loss.
The PTFE-coated filter cartridge is better able to repel dust during cleaning cycles. This extends the service life of the
Filter and keeps any pressure drops under control, which noticeably reduces energy consumption.
Smart control and regulation technology
Depending on the product type, two different control systems are available for our WallPro 2.0 Single:

an easy-to-use control unit for fan and filter control.
the ControlGo monitors the availability of compressed air, activates the HyperClean™ system and controls the fan.
▪ ControlPro
intelligent control panel with integrated touchscreen for advanced fan and filter control.
our ControlPro includes a comprehensive package of functions for monitoring and controlling the HyperClean™ system and for the
fan control. The user-friendly touchscreen gives you access to all desired parameter settings.
the user interface provides a clear overview of the status and performance of the system at all times. ControlPro offers
the option of remote access via ControlPro Connect, Plymovent's cloud portal.
With optional extension to HEPA filter
To fulfil local regulations or laws, you can add an additional HEPA filter module to the WallPro 2.0 Single.
(filter class H14). This is a universal, wall-mounted unit with HEPA filter cassette,
which you can simply connect to an extraction pipe system.
