WITT E460 safety devices for reliable protection against dangerous gas flashback and flame transmission in accordance with DIN EN ISO 5175-1. Every safety device is 100% tested.

Advantages:

• offer long service life by protecting against contamination from the gas supply - through filters in the gas inlet (valid for fuel gas version nozzle 9 and G 3/8 LH)
• Gas types: Acetylene, town gas, long-distance gas, natural gas, liquid gas, hydrogen, oxygen, compressed air (others on request)

Application:

• The safety devices of the E460 series are considered single cylinder safety devices to be installed upstream of, on or in consumer appliances (BGV D1, § 9/BGR 500 chap. 2.26 point 3.15 as well as TRAC 208, 4.41)
• models E460-1, E460-3, E460SK and E460SKU are intended for mounting on the consumer appliance (Torch).

Maintenance:

• at least once a year according to BGV D1, § 49/BGR 500 chapter 2.26 point 3.27
• wITT will be happy to provide you with a test device on request
• the safety devices may only be opened and repaired by the manufacturer. The dirt filter may be changed by qualified persons themselves
