The TransPuls Synergic 2700 for short, spray and pulsed arc is a fully digitised and microprocessor controlled MIG/MAG power source with a capacity of 270 A. The current source enables the best welding characteristics in every respect and results that can be reproduced as often as required. The integrated wire feeder guarantees mobile use for construction sites, workshops as well as repair and maintenance. With multi-process capability, the power source is suitable for MIG/MAG, TIG and electrode welding.
CMT stands for Cold Metal Transfer. The wire movement is integrated into the process control, which means that heat is only introduced for a very short time, the material transfer takes place almost without current. The result: spatter-free MIG/MAG welding and brazing of very thin sheets from 0.3 mm, MIG brazing of galvanised sheets and joining of steel with aluminium.
