Area of application

Wherever welding or brazing is not carried out over 14 mm and fatigue-free and easy handling is required, our
Ergomax is the preferred choice. The device can be found everywhere, especially in industrial series production, in the automotive industry
and in installation technology. In addition, it is often used in training and educational institutions.
The combined welding and cutting device Ergomax is thus also an alternative to our proven combination device Macromax. The device is
delivered in an all-metal version. It is therefore a robust and high-quality professional tool and yet light like no other. The
Ergomax combination tool consists of the handle with hose connections and control valves as well as the welding inserts and the cutting insert.

Handle

The handle is a universal design and can be used for all common fuel gases, such as acetylene, hydrogen, propane and town gas
and town gas. The adaptation of the entire unit to the fuel gas used is made by the special cutting, welding or brazing inserts.
Therefore, please specify the desired gas type when ordering. The use of inserts for different fuel gases is not possible due to
different ignition speeds and the associated deviating bores. The handle weighs only 400 grams
with precision valves can be supplemented with a variety of inserts:

- 8 fixed inserts
- 4 flexible mounting inserts
- 2 shower inserts
- Fork burner for simultaneous
heating from two sides
- Cutting insert with nozzles
- various special torches

The shank size is 12.5 mm. The accessories in many different sizes can be found on the following pages. Despite the robust construction
the Ergomax system is particularly handy and therefore well suited for continuous operation in practice.
