Area of application

The unit is ideal for use wherever small and very small parts need to be processed specifically with a sharply defined flame
especially in the jewellery industry, in dental laboratories, in model making workshops and in the electrical and electronics industry.
Of course, the Micromax is also suitable for many other applications. There are no limits to creativity with Greggersen products
products. For welding or soldering work with material thicknesses between 0.05 and 2 mm, the Micromax is a professional partner!
Wherever quality and reliability are required, you can rely on it. The Micromax is also particularly suitable for
spot heating on small parts and thus for the finest welding and soldering work. With its needle valve spindles
the gases can be regulated with absolute precision! At its core, the Micromax consists of a miniature handle which is suitable for all fuel gases
- from acetylene to propane and natural gas to all common fuel gas mixtures - in combination with oxygen.

HANDGRIP

The Micromax handle is very light and handy. In addition, it is equipped ex works with a highly flexible hose unit
(2 m). This hose, which is already guided in the handle, allows easier and fatigue-free work. The extra-light
"miniature hoses (DN 3.2 mm x 1.8 mm) are suitable for all specified fuel gases.

Inserts and nozzles

The micro-insert with quick-change lock is an all-gas mixing insert based on an injector and is therefore particularly safe against gas spillage.
The quick-change lock allows a quick change of the welding or soldering tips. Needle nozzles in four sizes are available for the fuel gases propane, natural gas and hydrogen. Due to the high heating power of acetylene/oxygen, copper nozzles in three sizes are used for better heat dissipation. The operating range is from 0.05 to 2 mm, depending on the application. The Micromax is operated with an oxygen pressure of 1 bar. The flame can be finely adjusted via the fine adjustment valves in the handle.
