Service is very important to us. Of course, this also includes a wide selection of different payment methods.
On the day your order is handed over to our shipping service provider, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail. Delivery usually takes place on working days between 8 am and 4 pm.

Payment in the shop:
You can pay conveniently in-store in cash, by EC or credit card. We provide regular customers with the goods on account.

Prepayment:
You will receive a prepayment invoice from us and transfer the invoice amount to our account. After receipt of payment, the goods will be dispatched to you.
This payment method is available to all customers worldwide.
PayPal / PayPal Express:
You pay conveniently, securely and quickly via PayPal.
This payment method is available to all customers worldwide.
Direct debit:
A PayPal service. You do not need a PayPal account.

A Schweiss-Shop service. You will receive a payment term of 10 days net.

A Schweiss-Shop service. You receive a payment term of 30 days net.

Delivery service (Hamburg, nationwide, Europe) as of 01.2015
In Hamburg and the surrounding area, we deliver technical gases, welding machines and accessories with our vehicles usually on the same day or within 24-48 hours directly to you or your construction site.
We charge 53 to 69 euros (plus VAT) per hour for journeys to and from the site without any additional surcharges.
In Germany and Europe, you will receive your goods and our rental equipment quickly and inexpensively by parcel service and haulage company. With our numerous express solutions, deliveries are also possible within a very short time.
Shipping costs Germany and Europe (parcel shipping)
Our shipping costs are passed on to you without a surcharge and are made up of freight and packaging costs.
The shipping costs are in euros, including packaging, insurance and VAT*. Island deliveries plus island surcharge, please enquire if required.
For shipments in Germany with the payment method "cash on delivery" we charge a fee of 8.00 EUR gross.

*VAT is not applicable for deliveries to the EU with VAT Id. No. and to third countries.

The parcel delivery time in Germany is usually 24-48 hours in all other countries 24-96 hours. If you miss a parcel, you can track your shipment here.
Express and bulky goods shipping costs from 30 kg - 2,500 kg
Overnight express / national and international delivery also on Saturdays to the next day before 8.00 am. Shipments up to over 200kg.
Deliveries are made to the depot or goods depot. The delivery costs depend on weight and place of receipt.
We will be happy to calculate these for you according to your delivery requirements. Express orders for next-day delivery should reach us by 3.00 pm.
From a piece goods weight of more than 40 kg, the dispatch takes place by forwarding agency or on request by TNT.
Delivery takes place on working days within 24-48 hours during the recipient's goods acceptance period or, if desired, by telephone notification. Please include your telephone number. Consignments weighing up to 2,500 KG are possible.
For delivery on the following working day, your order should be received by 11.00 a.m. if possible.
