Beschreibung

Der T-Flex/CW ist ein flexibler Absaugarm für Wandmontage mit drehbarer Haube. Die Haube ist serienmäßig mit einer Drosselklappe ausgestattet um den Luftstrom an der Haubenöffnung zu steuern. Der Absaugarm basiert auf einem Teleskoprohr mit Gegengewicht, das im ausgezogenen Zustand einen Arbeitsradius bis zu 2,5 m bietet. Der Absaugarm ist federentlastet, wodurch der Absaugarm mit nur einer einfachen Bewegung von einer vertikalen Position in eine horizontale Position verstellt werden kann.

Dadurch ist der Absaugarm besonders für den Einsatz in Schweißkabinen von Schweißschulen geeignet, in denen sowohl auf horizontaler Ebene auf einer Werkbank als auch in anderen haltergestützten Schweißpositionen gearbeitet wird.

Description

The T-Flex/CW is a wall-mounted telescopic extraction arm with a rotatable hood. Incorporated into the hood is a throttle to control the airflow at the hood opening. The extraction arm is based on a telescopic tube with a counterweight mechanism, allowing it to be extended to give a 2,5 m working radius. The arm is fitted with a spring balance which enables easy movement from a vertical to a horizontal position. This makes the arm very suitable for welding booths in welding schools where horizontal positions are practiced on the workbench and other welding positions on a support.
