Verstellbare Rohrstopfen aus Aluminium sind ein simples und doch effektives Zubehör zur Optimierung von Formier- sowie
Spül- & Abdämmprozessen. Sie lassen sich auch in komplexen Rohrkonstruktionen mit Rohrbögen und T-Verbindern flexibel
und kostengünstig einsetzen. Dank des Dichtprinzips der Rohrstopfen ist auch eine Verwendung in nicht perfekt runden
Rohren möglich.

Rohrstopfen aus Aluminium sind dabei hitzebeständiger als Rohrstopfen aus Kunststoff und auch resistenter gegen viele
Chemikalien, besonders in Verbindung mit den auf Anfrage erhältlichen Spezialkautschuk-Dichtungen:

  • Silikonkautschuk (VMQ), hitzebeständig bis 300 °C
  • Nitrilkautschuk (NBR), öl- und lösemittelbeständig
  • Fluorkautschuk (FPM), ozon- und chemikalienresistent

Durch das optimale Dichtverhalten und die Materialeigenschaften der SCAPP Rohrstopfen können sie auch bei kritischen
Schweißanwendungen zur Anwendung kommen, die höchste Anforderungen an eine oxidationsfreie Schweißung stellen. Die
Abdichtung erfolgt dabei durch eine Gummimanschette, die mittels einer Flügelmutter auf einem Gewindeschaft zwischen
zwei Scheiben aufgequetscht wird. Eine in der Verschlusskappe eingesetzte O-Ring-Dichtung gewährleistet optimale
Dichtigkeit.

Anwendungsgebiete:
