ARGWELD Formiersysteme PurgElite

Die aufblasbaren gasdichten Formiersysteme sind für den Einsatz in Rohren ab 1" (25 mm) Innendurchmesser aufwärts bis 24" (600 mm)
geeignet und basieren auf einem simplen Prinzip: Sie bestehen aus zwei durch einen mittleren Schlauch verbundenen aufblasbaren
Dämmen. Durch den Schlauch strömt das Formiergas in die Dämme, bläst diese auf und spült dann den zwischen ihnen liegenden Bereich.
Absolute Neuheit ist das IntaCal Ventil, welches sofort einsatzbereit ist (das lästige und aufwändige Justieren der Ventile
entfällt komplett: Plug & Purge!

Hitzebeständigkeit der Dämme (Blasen):            Bis max. 80°C
Optional Schutzcover XHR:                               Hitzebeständig bis 300°C
Hitzebeständigkeit des Verbindungsschlauchs:   Bis max. 700°C

ARGWELD forming systems PurgElite

The inflatable gas-tight forming systems are suitable for use in pipes from 1" (25 mm) inner diameter up to 24" (600 mm) and are
based on are based on a simple principle: they consist of two inflatable dams connected by a middle tube. The forming gas flows
through the hose. into the dams, inflates them and then flushes the area between them. An absolute novelty is the IntaCal® valve,
which is immediately ready for use. The annoying and time-consuming adjustment of the valves is completely eliminated:
Plug & Purge!

Heat resistance of the dams (bubbles):     Up to max. 80°C
Optional protective cover XHR:                 heat resistant up to 300°C
Heat resistance of the connecting hose:   Up to 700°C max.
